Ashford was excited to partner with the Prosper Economic Development Corporation on this renovation.

Ashford and the team renovated the old Town Hall in Prosper, TX for the Prosper EDC.

This was a design-build project that consisted of a complete demo and rework of the building interior.

This building previously housed the Police Department, Utility Department, City Council and, at one point, was the Mayor’s Office.

We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Town of Prosper and the Prosper EDC.

This project was completed March of 2021.
