Thomas Price | CEO & Managing Partner
Thomas Price is the Chief Executive Officer and a Managing Partner of Ashford Building Solutions.
Thomas started his career in commercial construction with Inglett & Stubbs, an electrical contractor in Atlanta, GA. During college, Thomas worked for Brasfield & Gorrie before relocating to Dallas to help start their North Texas division. Prior to co-founding Ashford, he served in an operations role for Manhattan Construction and Suffolk Construction in Dallas. With over a billion dollars in volume around the Southeast, the highlights include a hospitality suite at Augusta National Golf Club and the Ford Center and Dallas Cowboy’s World Headquarters in Frisco. Extensive healthcare experience on multiple active campuses contribute to Thomas’ vast and diverse experience in the industry.
Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science from Georgia Southern University.
Chase Eubanks | Superintendent
Chase is a Superintendent for Ashford Building Solutions.
Before coming onboard with Ashford, Chase completed a long tenure at Manhattan Construction. His experience in the DFW metroplex is headlined by the National Soccer Hall of Fame at Toyota Stadium, Globe Life Field, Harwood No. 14, and the Village Towncenter.
Chase holds a bachelor’s degree in University Studies from Texas Tech University, with concentrations in Construction Engineering and Organizational Leadership.
Preston Kuhl | Project Engineer
Preston Kuhl is a Project Engineer for Ashford Building Solutions.
Preston began his career as a design engineer at TRC Companies, transitioning to a construction management role in the latter part of his tenure. His design experience ranges from large scale solar facilities and municipal water lines all the way down to parking lots and residential site civil plans. His most recent construction management project entailed the oversight of an 18 month Union Pacific Railroad Industrial Water Treatment Plant complete renovation in the DFW Metroplex.
Preston holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
Peter Addy | President & Managing Partner
Peter Addy is the President and a Managing Partner of Ashford Building Solutions.
Previously, Peter worked on the operations teams for Manhattan Construction and Suffolk Construction in Dallas, TX. His experience includes completion of the Ford Center and Dallas Cowboy’s World Headquarters, the National Soccer Hall of Fame at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, and Formation at the Star.
Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
Owen Quinn | Senior Project Engineer
Owen is a Senior Project Engineer for Ashford Building Solutions.
Prior to joining the Ashford team, Owen worked for Jaros Baum & Bolles in New York City as a mechanical consultant. In his brief career as a design EIT, his résumé includes oversight engineering for NYU Langone Medical Center, Hudson Yards, and datacenters in New Jersey.
Owen holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
