Blue Star Spec Suite is at the business park in Frisco shared by Amazon, Dallas Cowboys Merchandizing, Magnus Chemical, GEA Food Services and many others.

This build was started as a spec space but since the start of construction we have worked with the design team and ownership to show this space and modify it to the needs of a specific tenant.

This space includes 2,900 SF of office space and 18,000 SF of warehouse space with 7 truck docks.

This space is expected to be complete in June 2021.
