We have long been familiar with One Cowboys Way, so when we were approached about doing a renovation and repair at FM Global we were happy to jump in and help.

This renovation started in April of 2021 after waiting on materials to arrive.

The repair of the damaged 15,000 sf of this tenant space is scheduled for completion in June 2021.
