After the Winter Storm in February 2021, Ashford was approached to perform remediation and a repair renovation of the Surgery Suite at Baylor Scott & White in Frisco.

The repair and renovation took place in two phases, both of which were completed on time.

We were able to get the Urgent Care facility opened back up and servicing the community within 3 days after the initial loss from the storm damage.

Phase two was completed in 1 week once replacement materials arrived onsite. Our team worked for 7 days straight to remove damaged materials, replace them with new, and get the surgery center functioning again.

With careful planning and perfect execution we were able to complete this repair and renovation on time and on budget.

The building owner and the tenant are back in business with a newly renovated space.

This project was completed in early April 2021.
